Account & Access Support
Find answers to common questions related to account creation, login issues, password recovery, and access permissions. This section helps users quickly resolve account-related problems and regain access without delays.
An LMS account is created automatically once a learner is enrolled in a course by LPS Academy or a sponsoring organisation. An activation email is sent to the registered email address, allowing the learner to set a password and access the system. Accounts are unique to each individual to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and certification records.
If you do not receive the activation email, check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not found, contact Account Support with your full name and course details. The team will verify your enrolment and resend the activation link if necessary.
Yes. A single LMS account can be used for multiple courses as long as the same email address is used for enrolment. This allows all learning history, progress, and certificates to be consolidated under one profile.
Learners are advised to use one consistent email address for all enrolments. If multiple accounts are created accidentally, contact Account Support to request consolidation, subject to identity verification and administrative approval.
Use the “Forgot Password” function on the LMS login page. A secure password reset link will be sent to your registered email address. For security reasons, reset links expire after a short period.
Yes. Passwords must meet minimum security standards, such as length and character complexity. These requirements help protect your account and personal data from unauthorised access.
Email address changes require verification to prevent data mismatches and unauthorised access. Requests must be submitted to Account Support, and historical learning records will remain intact after the update.
Learners may update certain profile details such as contact information directly within the LMS. Changes to critical identifiers may require administrative verification.
Accounts may be temporarily locked due to multiple failed logins attempts or security alerts. This is a protective measure. Contact Account Support to restore access.
Inactive accounts may be deactivated after a prolonged period to maintain system security and data hygiene. Reactivation is subject to administrative approval.
Yes. Access may be suspended due to policy violations, course expiry, non-payment, or administrative decisions. Affected users may be notified where appropriate.
Roles such as learner, trainer, or admin are assigned by administrators based on enrolment and operational requirements. Role-based access ensures users see only what is relevant to them.
Yes. You may access the LMS from multiple devices using the same account credentials. However, simultaneous logins may be monitored for security reasons.
Login activity is logged for security, auditing, and troubleshooting purposes. This helps maintain system integrity and protect user accounts.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and contact Account Support. Prompt reporting helps prevent data compromise.
Account deletion requests are subject to organisational policies and regulatory requirements. Training records may need to be retained for compliance purposes even if access is revoked.
The LMS uses secure authentication, encrypted connections, and access controls to protect user information. Security measures are regularly reviewed and updated.
Yes. Corporate and government organisations may manage learner access through authorised administrators using bulk enrolment and role management features.
Account and training records are retained according to organisational retention policies and regulatory requirements, even after access ends.
For account creation, login, access, or profile issues, contact Account & Access Support via the LMS help ticket system or official support email, providing clear details of the issue.
