Important educational notice: This is a proposed Secondary 4 resource and not the present MOE syllabus. It is designed for education, training and awareness, not personal legal advice. Schools should align delivery with approved safeguarding, discipline, sexuality education, cyber-wellness, evidence handling, reporting and rehabilitation procedures and the latest official Singapore law.
