Important educational notice: This is a proposed Primary 2 resource and not the present MOE syllabus. It is designed for education, training and awareness, not personal legal advice. Schools should align delivery with their approved policies, safeguarding procedures and the latest official Singapore law. Legal ideas remain simple and practical. Students learn that taking property, deliberate damage, littering and unsafe public behaviour may lead to school or enforcement action, but they do not memorise statutory sections, court procedures or punishment tables.
